UNIMAC Graphics, Carlstadt, NJ, recently purchased their third (3) Iijima machine from Diversified Graphic Machinery. The addition of the Iijima EF-1600E Die-Cutting and Stripping Press will allow UNIMAC to continue produce top quality products with their fleet of Iijima Machines.

Rembrandt Stamping and Embossing Ltd. of Pennsauken New Jersey recently installed a new High Speed Iijima MJ1040-ES Foil Stamping, Embossing, and Die Cutting/Stripper Press. Rembrandt’s recent installations of the new Iijima press is due to the value the machine has to offer. Rembrandt will utilize the new Iijima press to specialize in foil stamping and embossing for their customers.

The installation of the new Saroglia, distributed by Diversified Graphic Machinery, will enable VOX to utilize the machines Foil Stamping, Embossing, and Die Cutting capabilities in order to provide improved service to their customers.

Curtis Packaging Corporation, Sandy Hook, CT, recently installed a new Die Co-Ordinator DC 1060. The purchase of the new DC 1060 allows Curtis Packaging Corp. to position dies more accurately and efficiently, reducing set up and press time.

Golden Images, Amityville, NY has purchased their first 41” foil stamper, an Iijima MJ-1040ES Convertible, from Diversified Graphic Machinery, Red Bank, NJ. Golden Images began manufacturing geared for the half-sheet market and has quickly expanded into the 40” arena. David Bernstein, President stated, “we purchased a new Saroglia from DGM in 2005 and were extremely pleased with both the machine and service.”

JRC Industries, Santa Fe Springs, CA has purchased a DC-1060 Die Coordinator from Diversified Graphic Machinery. The DC-1060 digitally locates and registers dies for lock-up, off-press, prior to hot foil stamping.

Holographic Finishing, Ridgefield, NJ has purchased their second Iijima MJ1040ES Convertible press capable of hot foil stamping, embossing, die cutting & stripping.

J. Struhl Co. of New Hyde Park, NY has purchased a Saroglia 740FX from Diversified Graphic Machinery, Red Bank, NJ. It was purchased for cutting and scoring plastic materials.

Thiessen Printing, Chicago, IL has purchased their second Iijima MJ1040-ES foil stamping/embossing and diecutting press from Diversified Graphic Machinery.

Markal Finishing of Bridgeport, CT has purchased an Iijima MJ1040ES 41” foil stamping and die cutting press from Diversified Graphic Machinery, Red Bank, NJ.

Finish-It Die & Bindery, East Barre, VT, has installed a Saroglia 740FX half sheet size foil stamping/embossing and diecutting press.  Finish-It Die and Bindery is a new trade finishing company that will utilize the Saroglia to produce its foil stamping and diecutting pocket folders and other fine finished products.

Williams Steel Rule Die Co. in Cleveland, OH has purchased a new Saroglia 740FX. It is the second Saroglia 740 now in production from Diversified Graphic Machinery, Red Bank, NJ.

Unimac Graphics, Carlstadt, NJ, has installed a Saroglia 740FX half sheet size foil stamping/embossing and diecutting press.  This press will help Unimac’s production flow greatly by allowing their Iijima MJ1040 to run large format jobs while the Saroglia runs the smaller format jobs.

21 ST Century Finishing, Inc., has installed its fifth press from Diversified Graphic Machinery.  A new Iijima series MJ1040ES high speed foil stamping/embossing, diecutting and stripping press with an extended platform and chase changer unit was recently installed to help with increasing demand for large format work produced at 21st Century Finishing.

Graphics West, Las Vegas, NV, has installed an Iijima BFP1000S press to be used for its diecutting and stripping operations.

EPI Printers, Battle Creek, MI, has installed a Die Co-Ordinator DC1060 foil stamping & embossing die registration system.  EPI will use the machine to save countless hours in off-press make ready time locking up foil stamping & embossing dies on their honeycomb chases.

MCD (Madison Cutting Die) of Madison, WI has installed the new Die Co-Ordinator DC-1060.  The Die Co-Ordinator is a computer assisted die registration system to automate the registration of foil stamping/embossing dies on the honeycomb chase.  The new Die Co-Ordinator will save 40% of the time in off-press, registration make ready operations.

The new Iijima MJ series machine was purchased because of the ease of operation and technological updates.  Jeff Pughe, president of DL's stated that he started in the business by learning on an Iijima cutting press.

DL's Die Cutting of Plymouth, MN has installed a pre-owned 40-inch foil stamping press for foil stamping & die cutting. This machine was completely inspected and installed by a factory certified Iijima North America technician and sold with a warranty.

D E Baugh of Indianapolis, IN has installed the company’s second Saroglia press. The President of D E Baugh stated that the Saroglia was the machine that my father stared the company with for foil stamping & die cutting.

Toin Corporation installs Die Co-Ordinator system and new Iijima MJ series 1040 ES.

(West Babylon, NY) Diversified Graphic Machinery announced the installation of a new Iijima MJ 1040 ES hot foil stamping and diecutting press. At the same time a Die Co-Ordinator was installed also at the Toin Corporation. Both machines will be installed in their Kashiwa factory. The machines are to be installed in October.

Toin Corporation has been in business in Japan since 1954. The corporation’s principal activity is the planning, design, printing and manufacture of paperware for use in the cosmetics, foodstuffs and giftgoods markets in Asia. The giftgoods include resin packages, labels, printed manuals and packaging services.

“ We are excited to be installing a Die Co-Ordinator in Asia”, commented Michael DeBard, president of Diversified Graphic Machinery. “ This is the first of this product to be installed in Japan. We know that this piece of equipment will compliment our Iijima MJ 1040 ES press. Both pieces will surely enhance the capabilities of Toin in their marketplace”.

BERK Gold Stamping of Fairview, NJ installed two new Iijima MJ 1040-ES Convertible Foil Stamping and embossing presses. One of the presses was exhibited at Graph Expo 2004 at McCormick Place in Chicago and was installed after the show. The press is being utilized to produce foil stamping, embossing and diecutting as well as various graphic arts projects for its customers.
