And the process is all done in-line in register at press speed.

Cast & Cure is a revolutionary technology that allows you to micro-emboss a holographic image into UV coating, providing a stunning visual holographic effect onto the printed sheet. With Cast & Cure, you are able to apply a spot or flood holographic effect. You are able to choose from a variety of stock holographic patterns or create a proprietary design for authenticity, branding and security applications. From a cost perspective, Cast & Cure film is re-usable; averaging 8-10 passes through the press allowing you to offer Cast & Cure to your customers at a very cost competitive price.

In today’s world, more and more companies are wanting to be “Green,” from wind powered facilities to vegetable based inks,. What is great about Cold Foil and Cast & Cure is the sustainability of both processes. Cold Foil and Cast & Cure are recyclable and reduce your overall carbon footprint. Cast & Cure uses UV inks and coatings and eliminates the unwanted and harmful VOC’s associated with similar process. Cold Foil and Cast & Cure processes eliminates the need to use foil board or other metallized substrates which are non-recyclable.
