PRINTELA  has chosen the CARTES GEMINI GE363VJL machine, which combines a flexo varnishing unit, a Jet D-Screen digital embellishment and a laser die-cutting unit with dual laser source (350 Watt+350 Watt), a turret rewinder and a system for the digital embellishment of flexible packaging.

PRINTELA, an extremely digitally oriented company, was the first in Lithuania to launch digitally printed flexible packaging.

CARTES Innovation week (Paris, France)

 CARTES introduced the latest technology available for Digital Embellishment of Labels, using no tools. CARTES unveiled 4 new machines for Digital Laser Die Cutting, Invisible Laser Die Cutting, Digital Embellishments, Digital Foiling, Braille Printing, 3-D Cast Foiling, Metallic Doming, Complex Tactile Raised Effects, Label on Label, Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing, Cold Foil, Digital Screen Printing, Silk-Screen Printing, Flexo Printing and varnishing, UV-Coating, and Spot Coating.

CARTES is glad to announce the  INNOVATION WEEK, which will that would be totally dedicated to the presentation of CARTES innovations in the field of self-adhesive labels.

CARTES Innovation & Technology Conference to be held in Paris, France from November 22 to November 30, 2021, at G.I.C Facility. There will be live demonstrations each day showing the latest technology for LASER Die Cutting of Labels and Digital Embellishments for Labels with our New CARTES JDS Digital Embellishment Press. 

Four machines will be presented at our French affiliate in Faremoutiers, every and each one of those configured with new technologies, such as:

  • The Jet D-Screen digital embellishment unit installed on Gemini and GT machines, that allows to personalize and beautify labels, without tooling costs, with immediate start-up and without any waste of materials;
  • Our devices: the Label Applicator in register (LOL) and the Cut-off Window System (DEPASTILLAGE);
  • Our more and more efficient and always reliable LASER die-cutting technology;
  • … and many other innovative solutions to produce labels with high added value.
